Coventry based Manager

D-Drill is looking for an experienced manager for its Midlands operation, based in the West Midlands.

The responsibilities will include developing business, expanding the customer base, managing and growing a regionally based workforce and managing day to day operations. In addition to solid technical and commercial experience in concrete drilling and cutting, you will need good organisation and negotiation skills, a high level of commercial and financial awareness and the ability to excel in a fast paced service environment. You must also be comfortable using IT systems and demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of focusing on quality and customer satisfaction for business success.

The Midlands operation is already a profitable and growing part of  the business with a 7 figure turnover. This is an opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious manager to build on this and prove they are ready for bigger challenges. Success in this role will lead to opportunities to play a leading role in the Company’s ambitious growth plans.
