Our drillers are CSCS approved, are fully Health and Safety compliant and machinery, individuals and all aspects of our work are insured to the highest level.
The D-Drill commitment to Health and Safety is clearly underlined by the employment of an in house Health & Safety Manager who is responsible for ensuring all such requirements are adhered to.
Vibration Risk Assessment
Vibration White Finger, also known as Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome can lead to pain and long term damage to hands and muscles. This is a major concern within the industry and one which we have been quick to respond to.
In many cases the risk has been eliminated completely by the introduction of remote control equipment. Not only does this mean that the operative can keep a safe distance, but smaller or dangerous places can now be reached, offering more flexibility in the project.
