Wire Sawing

This is a versatile and flexible method of cutting concrete up to any depth or size using diamond-studded wires to create rectangular or circular openings.

We use this special technique to cut and remove huge segments of concrete; for example, on bridges or reinforced columns. It’s also the technique of choice for areas with restricted access; for example, in a previous job, we used wire sawing to cut doorways and windows into concrete tanks so they could be repurposed as workshops.

  • Unlimited cutting depth
  • Horizontal, vertical and angled cutting of circular openings
  • Smooth cut face
  • Quick, versatile, flexible
  • Very little noise, vibration or fumes
  • Can be remote controlled for increased safety

Simply Wines

You can bank on D-Drill! A bank vault, that once stored money and other precious items, needed diamond cutting technology to see its safe removal.
