Vapour Blasting

Our eco-friendly abrasive vapour blasting technology optimises the air, water and media ratio to produce a powerful blast that works quickly, like dry blasting, but requires a fraction of the blast media and the time required to clean it up.

It’s a cleaner, easier way to remove graffiti and road markings, as well as clean brick, concrete and metal. There’s much less dust than dry blasting and less water than traditional water-based blasting. The result is a cleaner, better contained process with minimal clean-up.

  • Ideal for removal of graffiti and white lines
  • Unlike conventional wet blasting, the fine mist quickly evaporates
  • No pools of water left behind
  • No toxic run-off
  • Minimal clean-up because it used significantly less blast media than wet blasting

Kennington Park

Graffiti removal in Kennington Park London An innovative new method of removing graffiti from brick walls has been put to the test at a London park. D-Drill, which has expertise in diamond drilling and concrete sawing, has recently imported the EcoVapourClean machine from the USA as part of its work in the cutting and finishing of kerbstones to 45 degrees for the Cycle Super Highway in London. But the firm has also decided to diversify into the graffiti removal thanks to the technology. The machine uses semi-precious or recycled materials and creates...
